    A lovely family staycation

    Our spacious two-bedroom suite was beautifully decorated, and we loved the connection to the mall for dining options. Staff were attentive!

    The breakfast could use more variety, as some items were a bit bland.

    The apartment itself was reasonably spacious and clean located just off the malls and Makati and a taxi. It was excellent and convenient next to restaurants etc.

    Glad we had excellent bedroom and fast check-out, the stay was really great overall. Location was brilliant, close to Ayala Center. In addition, it was located not far from Glorietta 3, retail stores, and the Philippines. Could use a hairdryer, a bidet and dressing gowns in the own bathroom.

    Spacious and well-furnished studio

    - the queue both at the check in and at the check out. Receptionists are professional but the institution should review SAA reception management. It is not acceptable for a hotel of this class to line up behind 5 to 6 people for reception.

    The apartment is reasonably spacious and refurbished, located near to the center and Glorietta 1-5. The location is central, near everything, though it is really busy area. There is cafe The Burgery offering coffee and treats within 200 feet of the venue.

    Security at the entrance of the building, perfect wifi connection, incredibly comfortable bedding, clean swimming pool, good and wide choice of breakfast, friendly staff, close to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping.

    Check in a bit long, carpet in the room very dirty

    hotel is not to be topped with its location. it is directly connected to a very large shopping centre. also gives you more security as you don't have to walk long distances to the hotel. apartment was very large and rooms and beds very comfortable. price-performance ratio is best compared to the other hotels in the area. we have already visited almost all hotels.

    it is very hectisch because there are many people in the immediate vicinity. there is no spa area and massages are given in rooms in the gym changing room (sometimes loud). check-in took a long time.

    Everything! The hotel staff is great!

    Due to the holidays it was very crowded, so that one had to wait a little while having breakfast. But the good breakfast made up for it.

    We loved exploring the Greenbelt and Glorietta malls nearby. The spacious apartment was great, with a tv and all the comforts of home. Just keep in mind, check-in can be a little slow and the buildings show some age. It was a fun and convenient experience.

    One annoying moment was at checkout, where I felt held up and confused by the security staff. It added unnecessary stress to our departure.

    location, service and ambience ok

    breakfast was ok but i would have liked more cheese and sausage to choose from! portioning was very small and after about 5 minutes on the not cooled slate plate :dried out unsightly so that they bend upwards and lost their natural color

    The swimming pool

    The room was not very clean the garbage can was not emptied, the windows of the whole building are not very clean. In short the price is too high for this service. Moreover, the control at the entrance of the building seems excessive to me. We were even refused breakfast because we arrived 10 minutes after the final hour.

    Great place with great amenities like free parking, a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness centre. The friendly staff helped me find tasty food on my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a city break!
